In the summer months I am always looking for outdoor spots in the city with great views, food and wine.  One of my favorite spots to go to on a nice summer day is PJ Clarks on the Hudson River in lower Manhattan.  This casual restaurant has a ton of outdoor seating with amazing river and city views.  The last time I stopped in I grabbed a seat outside and ordered a glass of the Infinie "Infinity" rosé from Provence.   While I was there, I was also lucky enough to try their new Frosé drink that was absolutely delicious!  Frosé is the official drink of summer and is a great way to cool down on a hot day.  Perfect for sitting by the pool or at the beach!  Since I was just heading out for a quick drink, I opted for an outfit that was casual and cool.  This blouse from L'Academie is one of my favorites because it can be worn a variety of ways depending on what you doing for the day.  I paired it with my dramatic high waisted Frame denim flare jeans and layered on the gold jewelry.  The perfect look for drinks with friends!

What The Experts Say:

The rosé that we have produced has a light lychee color. Its aromas evoke a blend of citrus fruits, strawberries and small crisp of red berries. It releases a final note of refreshing acidity.  It is ideal to accompany Mediterranean dishes such as grilled fish or ratatouille.

What I Say:

I love almost every rosé that comes from Provence.  This Infinie rosé is perfect for sitting outside on a hot summer day.  It is crisp, light and refreshing.  It has a slightly sweet berry taste with a smooth finish.  I would put this up there with my favorite Whispering Angel rosé!
